Alec Fulayter is a Master of Public Policy student at the University of Maryland. Alec received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2022, focusing on International Relations and Public Policy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2023 at Purdue University. His past research and policy projects have centered on housing services, the effect of social media use on political polarization, healthcare access in American prisons, and the effect of the dominant social group on third-order beliefs in America. While at Purdue University, Alec completed a political science internship at LTHC Homeless Services and assisted the sociology department in teaching and research.
