Lab Team.

Jocelyn Lewis-Johnson is a doctoral student at the University of Delaware. Her research will examine how leadership styles, leader-member relationships, and organizational structures interact across intergovernmental and cross-sectoral programs to influence service delivery, resource allocation, and equity outcomes—particularly in low-income communities—amid policy shifts and systemic management challenges. Jocelyn's dedication to addressing systemic issues in public administration and promoting equity through effective leadership earned her the University of Delaware’s University Graduate Scholar Award.
